Sometimes the Prepare & Upgrade workflow includes changes in the automated PR that we don't want to include. This could be due to changes in another repo that are irrelevant to a certain language-specific repo, or some version control weirdness in the handling of merging and updating on GitHub. We'd like to see if there are alternatives to the workflow method that still allow us to sync changes from the Brown-CLPS repo to the language-specific repos.
