Right now a deploy to Coolify can fail and the PR doesn't see that (ie: this deploy failed https://github.com/BuildCanada/BillsTracker/pull/15) Investigate if we can use Github actions in order to monitor deploy success/fail. Right now a push to `main` will auto-deploy.
