Implementation:

• Control the db name via environment variables and point preview environments to that.

Concerns:

• Aggressive use of OpenAI tokens, duplicating summaries

Thanks for opening this! Just want to make sure I understand the gap you're seeing.

I've been experimenting with prompts by pointing to a separate database via env vars (which has been working great).

Is the goal here to:

• Make this workflow more formalized/documented?
• Add additional safeguards beyond what is currently provided?
• Address something about preview environments?
