Pagination breaks the filters

# Steps to reproduce:

Set filters (Eg. province and has-statements)

https://hub.buildcanada.com/bodies?search=&type=&province_id=9&has_statements=true

Then, click "page 2" at the bottom of the page.

Filters are reset.

# Expected Results.

Filters are not reset, and instead persist through pagination.
