Suggestion: Support tickets should be able to be categorised into their specific issues.
Notes: Bedrock to bedrock, Java to Java. If it need be letting us ping the right team members, or restricting access to the ticket to the team, or even just adding a prefix to the channel name, proper denotation would be nice to help us focus our sights.
