Example Table formatting

Update example tables formatting to assist with the copying over to the selection tool website. Avoid long strings when possible so column text can wrap.

In the HVAC Table:

1. "Use Case" column: write OpenStudio Simulation instead of "OpenStudio_Simulation"
2. Validates Against" column: write L00 OpenStudio Simulation instead of "L000_OpenStudio_Simulation.sch" as the link text
