Trinkets *not* working (properly) #64

Describe the problem
i have heard many people, at least 4, constantly complaining recently about how trinkets arent working in BGE anymore with little to no further explanation, i visually see trinkets show up and go on cooldown but then i had 1 person tell me the issue was that the timing of the cooldowns was either being reset or wrong
1 quote from someone was:
"Someone trinkets, and then 10 seconds later, POOF it shows their trinket back again, on every single map it happens"
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- play a blitz/random bg/rated bg/shuffle/rated arena/arena skirmish
- see someone trinket
- observe incorrect time for trinket to come back

What version of BattleGroundEnemies are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)
unclear, i have told people to update to the latest and have been told they have on curseforge but still not working correctly, i personally do not reference BGE for peoples trinkets because i use a different addon so i personally have not observed an issue because i dont look there anyways to know but im on the latest which for me right now is 11.2.0.6
Do you have an error log of what happened (BugSack and BugGrabber are recommended to collect errors)*?
