[BurnP3+ Bug]: Default median season dates don't make sense

What happened?

If no julian median season day is provided, then the median julian day of the year is put into the Seasons datasheet by default. This doesn't make a lot of sense when you have more than one season and they all have the same julian day. Should there be a default value for this or should we just force the user to input a day?

We chose not to make it mandatory since it would break old libraries (either by making an invalid datasheet that's hard to update or by clearing out a project datasheet that would ripple outward to all Season-aware scenario datasheets).

The actual Julian day is passed to the fire growth models, but (as far as I'm aware) it only affects foliar moisture content which is a pretty subtle effect for the most part. I think it's fine to leave this as is.

This is just something that came up during the course that caused some confusion so Leonardo asked to add it as an issue here so we don't forget about it. I agree though, not sure how we would fix it.

It would affect FMC directly, in the event we ever allow the tools to calculate FWI it would have an impact there too.
