What is needed?
We have a number of really old installers identified in the install documentation and they are wreaking havoc on systems.
Oracle Java is no longer acceptable in most agencies, microsoft has an appropriate open jdk available: https://aka.ms/download-jdk/microsoft-jdk-21.0.7-windows-x64.msi
VC Redist Latest currently works without issue: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
Versions MUST be 64 bit or prometheus will fail.
