Download issue with Cell2Fire Example on Syncrosim cloud

The download button is inactive on the cloud. Please advise how to download it?

Hi nnadeira, Thanks for reaching out with this issue. There is a known bug in the current deployment of SyncroSim Cloud that is causing this. In the meantime, you can get the Cell2Fire Example library by following these steps:

1. Using the latest version of SyncroSim Studio select File | New From Online Template...
2. On the screen that appears, select the row for the package burnP3PlusCell2Fire
3. At the bottom of this screen select the Cell2Fire Example icon
4. Select the Browse button and choose where you would like the template to be saved
5. Click OK
6. This will download and open the file in SynroSim Studio.

We expect the issue in SyncroSim Cloud to be resolved next week.
