What is needed?

When a run finishes, failing to run the cell2fire.exe program is not reported in the log output and the workflow completes with a green “successful” status even though no fire simulations are produced. This results in a false indication of success and makes it difficult to identify and troubleshoot failed executions.

In contrast, when the R script fails to run, the system produces clear error messages. A similar error or information log should be provided when cell2fire.exe does not run successfully.
