[Burn-P3+ Cell2Fire Bug]: updating library to latest beta release results in missing datasheets

What happened?

To repro:

1. Load cell2fire template library
2. Update to latest burnp3+ and cell2fire packages
3. Try to open up the Baseline Burning Hours scenario and get this error message:

If you open up the Library > General > Packages and hover over the warning symbol next to the cell2fire package, it will also tell you that it can't find the burnP3Plus_OutputAllPerimTabular datasheet. I think there is a missing DB update command to create this datasheet when updating to bp3+ 2.6.5.

Oh wait, I see that this datasheet is dropped in the 2.6 update (https://github.com/BurnP3/BurnP3Plus/blob/feature-arrow-migration/src/updates/update-2.6000.xml). Is it just that the c2f beta release isn't compatible yet with 2.6.5?

Yes sorry! It didn't feel like a priority given other bug fixes, but I'll bump this up the list if people are waiting on it.

No rush! I just noticed when I was trying to test something else. Also I noticed that the latest C2F release also doesn't have a .ssimpkg in the assets. Again, no rush and can wait till your back!
