What happened?
When using the SyncroSim console to --split the BP3+ library into multiple jobs, then using --merge to merge the run jobs back together, the output fire statistics table has duplicate records for each iteration/fire ID for every job. For instance, if you split into 5 jobs, then merge, there will be 5 duplicate records for each iteration/fire ID.
We need to add the isMultiprocessing="True" tag to the Transformer attribute in the package.xml so SyncroSim knows to not duplicate these records.
