Wrong units in comment of variable `pstd` in `icarus.F90`

Variable pstd in icarus seems to have the wrong units in the associated comment: L53

It seems that pressures in icarus are in dyne/cm2, according to a comment in the icarus code in COSP1:

!press and dpress are dyne/cm2 = Pascals *10

The fact that variables press and dpress are multiplied by 10 supports the conclusion that the comment has the wrong units.

Yes, the comment is incorrect. It should read:

! Mean sea-level pressure (dyne/cm2 = Pascals * 10)

Note that the code is correct and this error in the comment does not affect the calculations.
