Remove Overlay spreadsheets to avoid confusion #133
Description
(create a project to track)
Across all CMS SAF InSpec overlay repos, remove the old spreadsheets used to guide the construction of the overlay.
These created some confusion as teams were simply reading and working to the content in the spreadsheet as opposed to running the InSpec overlay and viewing in Heimdall and exporting CAAT files to perform remediation tasks.
