Compare to UFS / CESM solutions

It would be good to compare the output from this tool to the methods used by UFS (i.e. https://github.com/ufs-community/UFS_UTILS/blob/develop/sorc/cpld_gridgen.fd/cicegrid.F90) and CESM (need to search for it). Both models used MOM supergrid to generate CICE grids also.
