Consider CAN feeder

We have been asked to consider CAN support by Steve Crumb.

RemotiveLabs platform can provide a raw CAN stream (current bridge uses RL to do the CAN->VSS conversion).
Obvious approach is use existing upstream packages like python-can to access can stream from a transport like socket-can.

VISSR has a CAN feeder template.
Kuksa has a CAN Provider that might be integrated, although currently it only supports connections to Kuksa projects northbound.

Currently this is maintained as a fork. Talked to Erik Jagervall from Bosch who did a lot of Kuksa development about whether the project would be interested in merging support for more northbound connections. Erik explained he was no longer actively involved and suggested taking it up with the project leads. Not yet done that.

Kuksa CAN Provider update
As a next step it makes sense to make the existing fork more visible to CDSP users. This can be done by adding the fork as an CDSP example. Update: #79 has been created to do that task

Upstreaming the support into the upstream kuksa project can be a later step.

VISSR CAN template
A draft task has been added to the backlog for extending the VISSR CAN template.

Support for KUKSA CAN Provider has been added. Support for the VISSR CAN template added to the backlog.
With the existing support for the RemotiveLabs cloud platform that concludes considering CAN support in this cycle.
