throw timeout error if checking deployment status before an app instance is deployed #29
Description
if a user clicks "ServiceStage -> Status" action from the plugins, however, the current application is not yet deployed. (Means the ID is not yet existed on the cloud), we are seeing an "Timeout" error. See details in the attachment.
An appropriate behavior should be if the app instance is not yet existed on the cloud, the 'status' check should return with response that indicates the application is not yet deployed.
