Update download methods to allow individual asset handling:

  • add Asset.downloader, Asset.downloader_auth, Asset.location, Asset.remote_location attributes and Asset.register_downloader() method
  • use per asset download cache by storing individual hashes in .downloaded folder
  • edit download methods to only download assets, and not use properties["downloadLink"] any more
