Failed to pass length filter!

Hi
When I used INC-seq,I found that it cant work
the example can work well,but when I use my own files,the command is
python inc-seq.py -i SIRV.fa -o result/SIRV/INC-SEQ/inc.fa -m 1000 --anchor_seg_step 50 --anchor_length 50 --copy_num_thre 2
it shows Failed to pass length filter!

Your length filter was 1kb, first 6 reads are shorter than that. The 7th is longer than 1kb, but it failed to find repetitive sequences.
