As a student, I want to be able to upload a profile picture so that everyone can see it.

Acceptance Test:

1) Log in to Whoozeinnit
2) Click on the update profile button or go to http://whoozeinit.herokuapp.com/PictureUpload.html
3) Click on the "Choose file" button
4) Select a Picture to upload
5) Click the next button
6) See it again when I log off and log back in.
