Workfront Request - reporting and analytics on eComm and web fund request issues

It would be great to review the last year's volume of work as it relates to both eComm and web fund requests. We need to better understand how many requests we receive for each and what our turn-around times have been.

I think this relates to CUCentralAdvancement/DM-Admin#3 so I will pull some reports at least from the web requests side and have Adam compile that with the report/spreadsheet he created.

I exported the web requests from the last...well, might be all time, but I thought it was the last two years.

I removed myself from assignees and moved back to Todo since I gathered the report needed to move along another issue. I can assist in getting other reports but I'm not that interested in the web requestor data since the plan is to turn turnaround time on them by making things self-service.
