What would you like to see in the tool?
Add --utc_arrival flag that outputs the equivalent of arrival.tif rasters, except in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time instead of the current decimal . (LST) format.
- would make displaying rasters from different timezones make more sense
- current rasters are LST, so displaying 'end-of-day' rasters for multiple timezones makes sense in that they're all for end of day LST, but that's not well defined
