Difference in AlarmCondition in CaChannel and caffi equivalent

As a developer and user of the CaChannel as well as the caffi as a fallback option, it seems that there is a difference in how AlarmCondition is defined in both places and therefore I am facing issues. I am not sure which one is correct. More specifically, AlarmCondition LOLO is LoLo in caffi (caffi/constants.py) and Lolo in src/CaChannel/_ca.cpp, ie, the second 'l' is in capital case in the first and small case in the second. May be other values should also be checked.
