ChroMapper says there is not enough VRAM due to dynamic VRAM resizing

Describe the Issue
On devices that dynamically allocate VRAM to the iGPU based on usage, ChroMapper will think that there is not enough VRAM and refuse to display the spectrogram.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open ChroMapper
2. Open any map and wait for the Song Info tab to load

Expected Behavior
ChroMapper should attempt to request more VRAM, or allow the user to disable the VRAM check and try rendering the spectrogram anyway.
