I first discovered this issue on CM v0.12 since that's what's on my laptop but this happens on v0.14.927 which is the latest dev build available.

Describe the Issue
Any note with Noodle Extensions' offsetWorldRotation will override any 360 rotation events in 360/90/Lawless maps. I haven't tested this with AnimateTrack but this issue happens with note path animations.

This ain't a console issue rather an animation thingy so no console

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use (or create) a map that uses 360 rotation events
  2. Use Noodle Extensions offsetWorldRotation path animations in a note or via AssignPathAnimation
  3. Profit

Expected Behavior
The path animation should not override any 360 rotations set in place and append it like the base game.

Additional Context
Originally I thought this was a limitation of the Heck library cause I'm stupid lol.
