Display valve actuation in addition to valve state

Right now, we can only see the valve state (OPEN or CLOSED). It would be helpful for the GS to also display the valve actuation type (OPEN_VENT, CLOSED_VENT, PULSE, NO_ACTUATION), and it might help the GS operator make better decisions.
