Move backend storage into database

Currently, all data is being stored in a blackbox.txt file. It should instead be stored in a database, and all frontends should query from that database to view our data. We could potentially also make the database accessible over the internet.

While doing this, we should work on a more efficient transmission for socketio, it's really bulky right now.
