Online OH Queue Live Chat Persist after putting student on hold or re-queuing #209
Description
Currently, Live Chat with a student refreshes when the student is put on hold or re-queued and then re-helped by the same person.
It would be awesome if the live chat can persist across these individual "helping sessions," especially if the same person is helping them.
