Add images to the CalCOFI landing page

Currently, the landing page is a little bland and it would be nice to spruce it up with some images. Here are the images we should include:

1. CalCOFI Logo
2. CA Sea Grant
3. Picture of the fellows with Erin and Trevor
4. CTD bottle rosette
5. Data sampling visualizations (of stations and Bottle)
