Once the SWE predictions are being calculated daily we will want a way to share this knowlege with the public. In the past this was done semi-manually using a Matlab script to generate a plot and then post to Twitter here: https://twitter.com/snowbot_SN

It would be great to fully automate the Twitter bot.

Your PR #8 is looking good! thanks @nbc270. Please go ahead and merge.

Next steps I am imagining:

• Find most recent image in S3 bucket rather than in local folder. Can use modified date of s3 object

• Craft custom message using metadata file that @7cb15 is planning to upload alongside the image

• Check when the most recent image was created. Want to avoid a scenario where we accidentally upload an old outdated image, so maybe checking that image was created < 24 hours ago would be prudent?
