Hooktest sunsetting Capitains guidelines for CTS

Dear users,

As of version 2.0.0, Hooktest will not support any longer Capitains as its base library, and will move to dapytains. If Hooktest is critical in your workflows, pin the version to `HookTest<1.0.0`.

This repository will continue holding the original code, and I'll accept PR for bugfixes if new bugs are found.
