Describe the bug
When you drag and drop an image, its miniature does not disappear until you perform another action. It also seems to stay indefinitely in the taskbar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Drag and drop an image into the application
  2. Observe that the miniature of the image does not disappear automatically
  3. The miniature stays in the taskbar indefinitely until another action is performed

Expected behavior
The image miniature should disappear automatically after the drag-and-drop operation completes, and not remain stuck in the taskbar.
