[Bug] Exp Gain Level Percent shows percentage relative to new level if just levelled up

Found when levelling RPR from level 84 to 85 through Wondrous Tails.

Verifiable through Wondrous Tails:

Wondrous Tails guarantees 50% of your current level's EXP when submitting (if underneath level cap).

1. Have any combat job below level cap - 1. (Current cap is 100, so be under level 99)
2. Ensure current combat job's EXP is at least 50% of EXP required for next level. (e.g. exp required = 500,000. Thus you must have at least 250,000 currently)
3. Submit fully complete Wondrous Tails notebook as that job
4. Level up
5. Message will pop up saying "You gain [EXP] experience points. (X%)"
6. X should be 50%, but is not.

The percentage being displayed is the EXP gained relative to the next level, not the previous level before levelling up.

The steps I listed are not the specific circumstance for the bug to occur, but a way of replicating the bug. Just want to double check that it's not a miscommunication lol
