Issue

There is a Login button but no apparent way to Sign-up.

User Story

I am an event owner who would like to Signup and create a ticket-able event for my community. I want the process to be simple and I would also like to have some level of assurances that only a true project owner can create events for my NFTs.

I couldn't find a way to actually Login right now. I'll keep searching through the GitHub files to see if there's an answer on this beta.
There didn't seem to be a way to Sign-up. I realize this feature may not yet be implemented.

However, it does bear mentioning that a project owner might want some assurances that they are the only people who can create an event that can be ticketed.
With Twisted Gears at first we specifically will want this level of control, although in the future we do plan to implement a feature where we could grant permissions to others.

I think that when you consider enterprise use-cases, the NFL will want to make sure they alone have the control to limit anyone generating tickets to an event based on PolicyIDs or other criteria.
I would actually classify this as a risk, since fraudsters could attempt to gain from faking event tickets by using the actual ProjectID.

There could be some ideas here behind how NMKR is looking to tie DID to NFTs and so GateKeeper could verify the DID used to establish the NFT. Although there are several projects that have already or will mint NFTs without using DIDs, and some some reasonable effort might be needed to ensure that someone is the owner.

A couple of points:

1. As it stands now, the system is not SaaS but instead designed to be run by the individual ticketing agency on their own servers and infrastructure so there is no way (currently) for an event organizer to "sign up" to use Gatekeeper (feature coming in the future perhaps).
2. Because we are dealing with an open, permissionless, and public ledger... there is no way to prevent Bob Joe from creating an event and accepting your NFTs as tickets to his event. This is more of a feature/benefit rather than a drawback or limitation in my opinion. For an example, a local bar near the stadium could offer anyone with a ticket to the game the ability to come in and claim one free drink with a valid ticket to the game. Both events (the game itself and the bar) could use the same set of NFTs while providing the same fraud-proof validation that each ticket is only redeemable once.

Thinking a bit more about it, the idea of tying a DID to the minting policy (i.e. NMKR and IAMX's proposed DID solution) could be a way to prove/validate that an event is being organized by the actual policy creators rather than a third party... but this would need some sort of third-party auditing as anyone can create a website and "fake it" at the moment to make it look like they have "official" connection to the original policy creators.
