Errors thrown on windows #36

I am on w10 and I use portable python

to use your script, but I get lots of errors, here is the pastebin

is it due to 'Portable Python x64' which is not the official python distribution ?
On my web browser, I am logged in as admin and I verified snmp and ftp are active:
