Describe the bug
When using UI scale above 1.0x the water rendering gets messed up and the ripple shader is no longer used.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Options > Video
Change UI scale to something else, like 1.50x
Restart client
Notice that the water no longer renders correctly and no longer has ripples
Expected behavior
Ripples should not be affected by UI scale.

There are a ton of other issues with interface scaling.
For example, the mouse cursor also gets scaled with the interface and starts clipping in the lower right corner, plus shows graphical errors:
Also, just about every list display incorrect with a higher UI scale, where items starts overlapping each other:
