Mountbar drawn over quantity and count info text

Describe the bug
Both the old and new mountbar renders above the quantity and count info text in all containers.
This makes the text unreadable in most situations, and is not consistent with how the item quality text renders.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Options > Item Overlay
2. Set "Show numeric info" to "Right-Bottom"
3. Enable "Show count info (kg ,l)"
4. Notice the mountbar for your water container is drawn above the numeric info, making it unreadable.
5. (bonus: notice that item quality renders above the mountbar)

Expected behavior
The text should be shown above the mountbar, just like the item quality text.
