Remove source for automated build on DockerHub

The cellprofiler/cellprofiler repository on DockerHub is automatically configured to build from CellProfiler/docker which is an archived repository. Let's delete or update the configuration to point to CellProfiler/distribution.

Undecided. Currently, I don't think it makes a ton of sense, so I am leaning toward "remove" with the possibility of "add" later.

Sounds good. I vote for remove because all that wiring is unnecessarily complicated.
