treebeard uses non-unique ids to reference internal elements

When a new Treebeard instance is created, the DOM it builds contains the hardcoded id "tb-tbody". This means that if two Treebeards are present on a page, there will be two divs with duplicate ids. I haven't directly observed any problems caused by this yet.
