Load selection table

A few minor, visualization elements:

1. Reduce number of significant digits shown to a max of 3 for all cell entries (e.g. 7869.16sqm should be just 7870 sqm, 853444.71W should be 853000)
2. Given the magnitude of typical values, better to use kW instead of W (and kBTU/hr instead of BTU/hr) for load values.
3. Add option to normalize load values by building floor area (W/m2 and BTU/hr.ft), enabled by default
4. Add columns with additional metrics for use during selection. For example, median and mean load vs just max load for both heating and cooling, median simultaneous load).
