Topic registration and queries

Looking through the code, it looks like message types for REGTOPIC and TOPICQUERY are implemented, but I can't tell how to use them. Does this module support topic advertisement? How does it work?

Those are just stubs currently. We don't yet support topic advertisement, but we would like to in the future :)
