Broken links in Readme.mkdn

The links in the last paragraph of Readme.mkdn are incorrect.

'Using Git and Repo' should be http://source.android.com/source/developing.html

The wiki doesn't appear to exist, maybe http://forums.chameleonos.org/threads/building-chameleonos-for-unofficial-devices.366/ has current instructions for building?
