Simple VQA evaluation

Can you provide a simple python file for VQA evaluation.
This is quite cumbersome and lots of code in it with jargon like AutoregressiveEvaluator with so many arguments.

I believe VQA is simple question and answer.. that too.. multiple choice.. 
I am trying to understand why this many arguments and code.

Also do you also evaluate medical reports ?
