Orchil Improvements

This past weekend I merged a couple of Orchil improvements:

• Server-side colour schemes, similar to Zealotry - Orchil will now use the server-sent colours unless you set the "light", "dark" or "dark_hc" theme locally. If you want the old behaviour, "@clientpref theme light" followed by "@clientpref save" will do that. If you set "@clientpref theme skotos" (and then save) that will give the new behaviour, which is now default.

• Macros - these are not per-character, though they are per-browser if you really need multiple sets. Use the "macro" or "@macro" command to list yours and see the syntax to add or clear macros. The Zealotry-style argument syntax exists and works in Orchil, but isn't documented.

Related to the colour theme improvements: I have reactivated ChatTheatre/SkotOS sending the body tag, which sets default background colour and text colour, in a PR.
