3 Differant Issues

Hi im sorry to bother you it prob sounds stupid but im new to this stuff so im trying to get help anyways basically im having issues with Vendors and changing name or faction  ownership of a door as well as if somebody does to have their weapon removed or dropped which is a issue i have looked online but cant seem to find anything if you could help me with this it would be dope!.
