ERROR IN ADUJST PLUGIN

hello 
I'm trying to run the Adjust Plugin in my data, and I get an error message: 
 index in POSITION 2 exceeds array bounds (error in function compute GD feats)
I have run ICA first excluding bad channels and the 2 EOG electrodes 
(electrodes that removed because of the transmitter or the coil of the cochlear implant) 
27 electrodes (ICA run) and (32 in the channel location file)
