Read coverage cut-off for SV calling

Hi, may I know what is the default read coverage cut-off parameter for SV calling? And if I am able to adjust it?

Sorry for the late reply. Somehow I cannot receive email notification.
There is a k-mer cut-off, controlled by option '-k'. By default, it is 3. You can adjust that to reflect read coverage in a way.
