fails to install and #2

Hello, i tried installing it on my laptop and on rpi4 and it seems to fail.
Also what is buffer supposed to be?
PS: I'm looking for a library to scan nearby bluetooth devices and get the bluetooth mac address or id, specially for Xiaomi mi sensor.
I was able to do it like a year ago with some librar, but i forgot the name or how to do it :)) (may be noble, looking itno it)
