SFO files disapear #6
Description
I am running Superfish with xopt on linux system using Charliecloud. The temporary folders are created as expected and remain after completing execution. The temporary folders at the end contain:
OUTAUT.TXT OUTFIS.TXT output.log SWIFEL_7.000_9.170_36.000_5.531_9.819_30.000_2.000_5469.AM SWIFEL_7.000_9.170_36.000_5.531_9.819_30.000_2.000_5469.T35 TAPE35.INF
SFO file however disappears and I cannot find if PySuperfish deletes it or moves it somewhere.
My issue is that when I submit many parallel runs (different on different CPU types) PySuperfish crashes saying that "Warking: no SFO file to load." This does not happen for all runs just for a few of them.
Any ideas why?
